Sturgis Students Danced Up a Storm at Homecoming!

      Do you know what happened on Friday night, October 21? The Sturgis Homecoming Dance is what happened! As the sun set on the Hyannis Resort and Conference Center on Homecoming night, Sturgis students from both East and West arrived ready to dance.

       The DJ who rocked the building the entire night was DJ Pyramid. He played a variety of dance music that suited the taste of all the dance hungry students. Students enjoyed hearing songs from a variety of today's pop artists such as Cha Cha Slide by DJ Casper, Can’t Stop the Feeling by Justin Timberlake, Sugar by Maroon 5, and more!

       Dozens of people crowded the dance floor eager to jam to the music. Many of them removed their shoes in hopes that it would allow them to dance better. The louder the music blared, the higher the dancers jumped. People were dancing on and off the dance floor. Dancing in groups or going solo. Those who weren’t dancing were getting photos taken with their friends or resting before some more dancing. ​

       Many memories were created that evening and so much fun was had. We want to thank everyone from both campuses for joining us at the Sturgis Homecoming Dance. We hope to see you next year!
