Wonderful Performances in Sturgis’ One-Acts
STAGE West finished out the night with their haunting and shocking one-act, Dark Road. The play follows Greta, played by Casey Paulding, and how she slowly fell into darkness and wickedness as a guard during the holocaust. This compelling play took the audience back into Greta’s memory of the horrific events in which she participated.
On February 29th, STAGE East and West met yet again to perform their one-acts for the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild Festival at Duxbury High School in a competition with other Massachusetts schools. Both performances were outstanding, and Sturgis West has advanced to the next round.
